if my wife has gotten stopped on 2 seperate occasions for drunk drivng in ITALY can she be denied her visa to america ?

in 98 she had to pay a fine and then another in 2009 she had to pay fines and she lost her licences both times but never jailed she is an italian citizen and it happen in italy

i read the statue and i believe with notes from the doctors and proof that she is not drinking anymore I pray that they will be lienient we just had a baby in agust and soo much has changed and i sent my i-130 out today. i hope we can prove that she is not a harm. but i will do an adavnce search.
