My Fiance and I first met at the Aria Hotel, Las Vegas on 06/17/2010 while he was on vacation. After spending time together, we exchanged phone numbers and arranged to meet up again when we realized that we had strong feelings for another. Upon his return to London we stayed in touch via the internet in between visits. He has made 5 trips since we met and I have made 2 to London.

Fits into the box. Is that enough?

Thats great.I wished I could have summarized mine as well as you did.I think I had two additional sentences and I included the dates we met.I still think yours is better It is direct and to the point.they can always look at the stamps in your passport to confirm the trips.Great job.

Yes more than enough. Make sure your other document relate to the date you specified since you didn't date the other meetings. If you want to send in evidence for those, then you should state those dates here also.

I guess I would just add the dates of all of those visits, just to be safe :)

I wouldn't, that's not what the question is asking for. They are not asking for a detailed list of every visit that's been made. They're simply asking how the couple met.

The evidence of passport stamps/pictures/receipts will give dates of when the visits are.
