Government and law enforcement look at evidence and statements different than the rest of society. This is a sad case and is more difficult than VJ members are probably qualified to act on and a lesson learned for all. If this is for real, get the best attorney money can buy and see what transpires. Everyone here who tries to do it right is severely impacted on their own journeys by fraudulent activity weather it is immigration or financial.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

I'm sorry for your fiancee, because you both will go thru hell and back.... as you should.

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

She says I am worth it

For her sake, I hope you are....

BUT you seriously need to change how you're trying to go about things or your chance of success is less than Zero!

Using a Fixer who basically told you that you need to lie to get a Visa will not fly. The Embassy will catch you and you will never get here.

Your only chance of success will depend on you being 1,000% honest about the first marriage to a US Citizen. Any lie involving a Material Fact in you application will get you a lifetime entry ban with a very high standard of requirements for Hardship Waiver.

Your story has changed here several times and I doubt we've yet to here the truth. Don't worry about us, remember the CO is experienced in these matters and is required to assume you're fraudulent so that you have to overcome that assumption.

My story didn't change here at all I was trying to tell it short so I didn't say some details , the problem is it's a very long story like I didn't mention the lady who played the vital role in fixiin everything and she died 2 years ago , that's why the story seems missing parts I should have told it in long details but it would have taken hours to write it coz it's very complicated

here was an interesting comment by Laurel Scott in one of her chats that over 90% of her clients with criminal issues claimed to be innocent.

There might be a few who are genuine, but she has no way of determining which ones.

So if she does not believe them how much more likely would it be that a CO would?

Arguing that you were an innocent dupe strikes me as a waste of time. You would need to prove it. What proof do you have?

You use the word 'fraud' way too much... Especially when you add marriage and American girlfriend to the mix

You have serious issues, dude. Yes your story has changed. And the lady dying has nothing to do with the story. Your story is short: you got fixed to marry a USC, paid her, ####### happened in the US and you got caught. The End.

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

This is why I was thinking if he could just do a consultation with a competent immigration lawyer they could advise him that his 'victim' stance is probably not his best course of action.

I believe in that same chat Laurel Scott goes on to say that at this point she gets irritated at people claiming innoncence or that they were wrongly accused rather than just taking responsibility and she assumes that CO's would have a similar outlook.

Maybe I should have just remained silent on this subject.... cause this a subject that infuriates me  my husband and I have been through alot to prove our marriage was bona-fide, his first interview was denied and his case got sent back to uscis for reasons stating :marriage not bona-fide.. we waited a whole year to finally get case reaffirmed and all the while I was pregnant with our daughter here in the states and my husband in china... I gave birth to our daughter without my husband here, my husband did not see our daughter until she was a year old I had to travel with her overseas 22 hour flight... Sorry I jus get emtional when it comes to this subject my husband missed a whole year out of our daughter's life... thank God we got a second chance to prove we are real about our marriage

I agree with you. My husband and I do not have any children yet and I'm in the US waiting for him...It's very difficult being separated for such a long time now so I can not imagine how difficult it must be for both of you and your child. I hope everything goes well for you.

...I just want to say Wow! There are so many tourists in Egypt...what a coincident that you feel in love with American girl... I'm not judging just saying how strange it looks...Why did you want to come to USA in the first place, so despretly anyway? The economy is not so great here...Soudi or Kuwait would have been much easier for you if you wanted to leave Egypt so badly. I Know some people there, can hook you up! lol
