In this case it is USCIS who judges.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I don't think anyone is trying to be holier than thou. After reading what this person posted it's obvious he went into the first marriage knowing it was a fraud. The CO obviously saw that and I think once bitten twice shy. I don't believe he didn't know first marriage was a fraud and when ppl do stuff like that it makes it harder for ppl who are in it for the right reasons. Im sorry but I don't feel sorry for ppl like those.

This is just my opinion...

I didn't wanna go inti a lot of details coz its a long story but i didn't want the marriage to be fake , they just got along with me until they got money so I was a victim , I was 22 at that time and very naive trusted everyone , my ex was a very manipulative innocent looking girl , she just convinced me that she really wanted to marry me , she was pretty 19 old blond that any guy at that age would fall in love with

The troubles began in my country before she was here , I met her online And she came to from America just to say me ,, we spent just a short time together thinking that it would only be short time before I get fience visa , now we are stuck , plz dont judge , just help If anyone could

How sure are we that this person is not trying to get us to help him to commit another fraud? He lied to a CO thats why he was denied.

When I have a 2yr old daughter at home and have to be finding evidence of a 4 yr old relationship so that my daughter can have her father in her life every single day I am not gonna help someone who went through the wrong tunnel find his way to the right one. He should have done things legally like everyone else... If his new relationship is real be honest on every single application. Don't lie. That's what got you where you are right now. If you are honest then everything will work out for the best

I know We should get a lawyer but we just cant afford it , that's why the only way for me to get answers is the web we spent a lot of money already getting our papers ,filing fees and flights we almost broke now

no one can tell you what the outcome will be anyway so if you are serious about it all then get married, file the CR-1 and the waiver... then pray that total and utter honesty will give you the outcome you desire
