Pending Administrative Processing Before Interview?

I was freaking out today, I was preparing copies of files and I ran accross my G-325A and I put myself as my current wife! and no previous wife.... geez I copied over her G-325A to make mine apparently and I am hoping this was

some previous SAVE file. but I will update it and bring copy and only give if they ask for it. I do not seem to believe that I would ever print out and sign and send the G-325A in that state. I double checked reading off every form before placing in my envelope though.

I-130 does have my ex wife info in it. NVC got my divorce decrees etc. but wondering how I never got an RFE from NVC about this. Maybe they did not careless about the petitioners G-325A and thought it was a honest mistake?
