Me and my fiancè are having problems with the address for the petition. He's the citizen, he's in the military and he will send the petition right before going to deployment. It means he wouldn't be able to check the mail. Is there a solution to that? Can he like add a secondary address (like some relative's) where he can get the notifications? How?

Second question about address: he got orders to another state, and he will move next spring. he doesn't know his new address yet. How to comunicate this change of address?

This petition is hitting my sanity

is it possible for the relatives or good friends to check his mail until he moves to his next station and get his permanent address? then he can call the military helpline to update his new address. if he is going to deployment means he is moving to another country.

Nah he has no relatives where he lives.

Anyway I think I figured out how to change the address once he moves to the new place.

Also I was reading about the E-Notification. They say it can be requested if you file through a lockbox. There is a central lockbox now where to file the petition, so I guess we can do it, right? It would solve all our problems...
