Hi VJ Friends,

This is an inquiry for one of my NewZeland friend's family.

My friend from New Zealand plans to move to Fl, USA with his wife & kids. He has a qualification as a modular house builder. He is currently working in New Zealand with this. He is a born New Zealand citizen as well as his family.

What are the best options available for him & his family to settle in USA? What kind of visa should he start with?

Thank you and appreciate your help.

An employer likely won't be able to help him with a visa as his occupation would not qualify. He would probably have to look into obtaining an investor visa. Do some Googling to learn how much he would need to invest in the US in order to be able to immigrate.

This link from the US Embassy New Zealand also has some info. >>>> http://newzealand.usembassy.gov/immigrant_visas.html
