Hi guys,

I am here again with a question... does anyone knows in the countries that they dont issue the visa for the same day how long does the visa issued in the passport takes to leave the embassy? because from that with the new system you can track it by DHL.

Thank you!

ain't nothing instant, sorry.

no concept any more of 'same day service'

as there's still that final background check that she may or may not have coming

so, best thing to do? call the DoS Hotline, get a Human there, inquire for casefile status every day until you hear 'visa packet sent'.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

My k-1 visa was issued from kuwait and it took 3 days, but it depends on how busy is the assigned US embassy coz like in kuwait, i think theres only few applicants. Goodluck!

Always keep in mind that this issue is consulate-specific. One person's experience in consulate A will not relate to another person's expected wait time in consulate B.
