July 18th- received NOA1

August 1st - touched

January 24th- received NOA2 via email

January 27th- recieved NOA2 hardcopy

February 1st- NVC received

February 7th- got my case number

February 7th- got the IIN number

February 10th- payed AOS fee

February 14th- AOS PAID!

February 15th- payed IV fee

February 16th- IV PAID!

February 23rd- sent AOS & IV packages to NVC

February 24th- packages delivered at NVC

February 29th- recieved checklist

March 5th- sent back checklist items

April 30th - interview

Congrats, I'm curious on what criteria they send the NOA2!

I was thinking it might depend on your income or something, it makes no sense otherwise...

Making sense of a federal agency and how they do things in insane. Just have faith that your time will come and enjoy the season!

June 16 is a lie they've been telling for at least two months now. Several early July filers on here are approved. It's taking around 160-170 days at CSC, but may help if you put in a service request and then keep hassling them after 5 months
