December 2011 AOS Filers

Yeah I saw that...but Family based gets priority, no? I will go crazy if it's 16 months. I think people would be much more at ease if they even gave us some sort of timeframe or updated us atleast every couple of months to let us know they still care (even if they don't). You know, I hope they get paid well. I can't imagine dealing with people like me all the time, haha.

I would hope so, but I've never seen any statement that this is so. It would be nice if USCIS was more transparent at all levels. BTW USCIS doesn't deal with you except through the mail. When you make a phone call you're talking to a company contracted to talk with you.

I would hope so, but I've never seen any statement that this is so. It would be nice if USCIS was more transparent at all levels. BTW USCIS doesn't deal with you except through the mail. When you make a phone call you're talking to a company contracted to talk with you.

CSC has only updated the Employment-based adjustment applications category. Most of us are in the Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status category, which is not shown on the webpage.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

I filled 27 December 2011 case got transferred to CSC last 25 February 2012. Also, I called them 2 weeks ago and said that it's out of the processing frame then they sent me an e-mail that within 45 days they will give me a decision regarding my case. So maybe that's what other should also do?blush.gif goodluck to everybody else hopefully we'll hear more approvals

I got a voicemail from my Senator's aide today telling me he received my release and they would being contacting USCIS. Hopefully we'll hear something soon!

Congrats to everyone who has been approved lately, we are still waiting, We called again and all we got was being told to wait the full 45 days for the service request results. August 17 is our 45th day of the service request, calling our Senator is starting to sound good.

Thank you everyone good.gif I'm hoping everybody will get their PR approved soon as well, just be patient I think. I tried not to worry as much as I used to before besides after this we'll be in vacation from USCIS for 2 year! Cheers everyone and just hang in there!

Booo! received a text that I got an RFE. Yeay....USCIS is finally working on my case. I am waiting anxiously for the fuss about. It is better not be a lost medical.
