We called USCIS again today to check on our case, they told us they are now working on Jan. 1 2012 applications, since her priority date was Dec. 5 2011 they let us put in a service request. He said we should be hearing from them within 15 days. Yep, more waiting, we are 6 days shy of 7 months, good luck to everyone.

CSC is full of it our receipt date is oct 29th and we still haven't seen anything yet. Hasn' t been "touched" since the end of November. I just don't get how they can get away with lying so much??? :bonk:

So the transfer notice date is probably the key indicator. Ours is the 28th. If that is putting us at least another 2 weeks out.

What they usually tell you when you call USCIS is, "wait 180 days after you case was transferred" headbonk.gif then you can put in a service request if you still dont have your card by then.

We just kept calling them anyway, asking about updates.

I hope very soon. I would think for $1070 it wouldnt take this long. It would have been better to just have an interview since those seem to be 4 months or less. I have been waiting since Dec 1,2011, I put in a service request on June 15th and still nothing. I called today and the lady said I had to wait for 30 days from last service request before I can put in another. What a crock..... What can I do now? Also how do you know when certain ones got approved?

There's a topic called AOS december tranfers (something like that I think). Both members wrote it there.

I'm waiting until I hit the 180th day of the transfer before calling USCIS. That'll be in a couple of weeks.

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days
