i am just nervous of my upcoming interview on January 10, 2012..i hope everything will be fine..just wanted to share my timeline..

04/13/11 - file I-130

04/15/11 - USCIS received I-130

06/04/11 - got NOA1

06/12/11 - " NOA2

08/14/11 - got Case #

08/15/11 - paid AOS fee bill & sent DS-3032 to the NVC

09/20/11 - paid IV fee bill

10/30/11 - sent I-864 to the NVC

11/19/11 - sent DS-230 to the NVC

11/30/11 - got my inteview date (01/10/12)

12/15 & 16/11 - Medical Passed at St.Lukes

01/10/12 - Interview^_^

Don't be afraid. These consular officers are humans like you. Just take it easy and face them like any other person. You will discover the interview may end up in an interactive session if the consular officer notice your level of confidence and charisma... Goodluck!!

Our interview is January 24th and I am nervous as well. I am so afraid that they will ask me for a document that I do not have. Not sure how that can be possible since I have a 2 inch binder with copies of every document, several pages of evidence including phone call records from 2008, but still I am losing sleep. I just want this thing to be over, I can not think of getting on the plane again and leaving my husband behind.

Good luck to you. We will be just a couple weeks behind you. We just keep asking each other questions, even what sounds kinda irrelevant. I think it will go easier than we think, then we will say, "Is that it?"

2011-08-16: RFE Reply Sent

2011-08-18: RFE Reply Received at USCIS

2011-09-19: NOA2 approved

2011-10-12: Received NVC

2011-10-20: Paid $88 fee

2011-11-29 NVC submitted

2011-12-08 NVC approved

2011-12-12 Received interview date - need to change

2012-02-01 New Interview Date - need to change again - sputum required

2012-01-11 Medical - 3 day sputum required

2012-01-18 Begin 3 day sputum test

2012-01-23 Results of Sputum negative now wait for 2 month culture

2012-03-21 ***culture results*** NEGATIVE!!!

2012-03-27 Interview!!!

***APPROVED***

2012-03-30 IR-1 delivered, still waiting for IR-2

2012-04-04 IR-2 Delivered!!!

2012-06-08 POE LA

2012-06-20 SS card arrives

2012-06-26 Green Cards arrive

2012-07-03 Health Dept calls for follow-up TB testing?

** Ramona went through more testing including xrays. The doctor said he couldn't find any evidence of Tb and cleared her for everything.
