When it says on the processing times example california service center is now doing fiancee cases I-129F dated from december blah de blah does this mean that they are looking at only the people who've just applied then or does that mean any information/documents at any stage of the fiancee visa if recieved at that date will get looked at too?

Confused....

It doesnt mean they are abandoning any cases from BEFORE the date quoted, just that the date quoted is the latest date someone picked up.

Like - my cases number 300 in total..the most recent applicant I worked on was a case received here on November 21 so thats the date I put down - but I still have the other 299 cases from before then (which included RFE replies etc).

Make sense?

Applied for K1

Met online 2001 - just aquaintances

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received

I am kinda skeptical about those dates. When Keith and I sent ours in Texas was still supposedly only processing petitions received before July something or other. And while the date never changed online we got our, NOA1, NOA2, and packet 3 (I think that is the one to get ready for the interview). I would suggest not looking at that page, as it will probably just drive you nuts.
