I am currently residing in Chennai(Madras-MDR),India.I am in the process of currently submitting paperwork to NVC. What is the fastest way to send paperwork to NVC?. Can this be done electronically via email OR should physical documents be sent to NVC at NH?. Also if someone can throw light on the turnaround time to setting up interview at the Chennai consulate?. Please advice.

What kind of visa are you applying? I assume NVC requests original docs in mail.

Must require to send physical documents. Will suggest you to send original instead of certified, as sometimes NVC dont like certified.

Use Fedex, it is faster from Chennai.
