well me and my husband been together for 7 years now he had a i130 approval from his father but was a 2b catagory and for mexico there still on 1992 and his file date was july 21 2001 so we desided to go talk to an atterney and and he asked if we were wanting to get married and of course we wanted to that it would be faster then waiting the 10 more years so we did aug 6th 2011. now i wanting to file for him now because we are married now. so i was wondering if i could get some help and advise from some people that have done it and there spouse now is a lpr or citizen. whats first? file the i130 send with proof di i send the g-325a with the i130?
