Questions for I-130

Thanks, Harpa. I've been seeing all kinds of answers in different posts and sites. Do you know why some people say to put an address abroad? I've had someone tell me that because my wife doesn't have a Green Card yet that she is technically not living with me (but still visiting) and that it is expected from me to provide her Canadian address even though she doesn't plan on going back.

It doesn't really matter, either way. This form is designed for people who are currently living abroad, and your wife isn't. I don't think declaring that she lives here somehow will put you in the "bad" pile. If you put her old address, then fine. However, I think it makes it more obvious that she is applying for LPR from within the US if you say "none."

So is None better than N/A? I read that some people mentioned that the beneficiary is currently in USA. Would that be good to add next to None or N/A or is it better not to?

I put my old address when I was in Korea with my family almost 6 years ago. Also put down the house phone number. I don't think putting address or not isn't significant matter. My foreign address that I wrote down on I-130 was the same address as on G-325A
