I need some help from you regarding some questions in the i 134 affidavit of support, i know they might sound stupid but i really want to avoid mistakes at this point.

in Q#11 it says "I intend OR do not intend (if u check intend indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions for example if u intend to furnish room and board, state for how long and, if money, state the amount in US dollars and whether it is to be given in lump sum, weekly or monthly, and for how long.)

( what should b its answer?? N/A (K1 PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE?) ???

my fiance checked i do not intend, and i sent those forms with packet 3 to the embassy.. As my interview is next month and i really want to make no mistake at any point. PLEASE tell me if it's all GOOD??? :/

Nothing good for us in AP.. i fear we are stuck .... they don't see how it hurts us and how deeply we need eachother but I will say our marriage is strong and we love eachother deeply so we will be married forever...they can't take that away from us...

On another note...my job is going well and got a promotion.... my daughter with the brain tumor has started school again and so far the school has been very helpful and understanding and willing to do whatever needs to be done so she can get thru the school year. Even tutoring her at home if she worsens.

It just hurts to see all these things happen and my husband not home yet. He wanted to take them to school the first day... so we've missed all our first year together and now missing all our 2nd year together... praying we wont go thru a third year...

I would suggest posting this in the K1 forum and see what they say... Idk much about k1... my thoughts would be to take an updated i134 and submit at interview with the corrections... but idk...

we called the dos today and got something new the gentleman told us that they are making a decision on the basis of papers we submitted i don't know whether they say this to all or our case is really moving forward. before this they only said its in ap any idea ?

Call tomorrow and see if they say the same thing, If they say you are in AP then its the same story just said differently.

I could not have put it in any better terms then this, Eabbas thats great news promotions are always great, infact in a way we are all looking forward to getting promoted... just out of AP to Visa Holders and eventually citizens. They had started a website but it was removed because I guess its still in Testing stages on DOS website. So for now the only way to check is to call the DOS in usa. Dont bother calling the Embassy, mostly because you will never get through to anyone and they will tell you the same thing that DOS will.

My friends, im really sorry ive not been on here much... i think the depression of being without my husband and the issues not allowing me to return to him this year are finally sinking in. My daughter, Kate...(you were right Sn530 ) is still not well enough for me to leave. She won't be for a long time. they can't remove her brain tumor just monitor the brain swelling. So we watch daily for signs of stroke and siezures and brain damage. She has returned to school and has the teachers and staff monitoring her and we have adjusted her daily routine to meet her medical needs. I have also been promoted at work (altho its a small promotion) to head teller so on top of everything else... getting a job promotion and leaving right away for two weeks looks realy bad to the upper management.

So here I sit, with our lovely children going to school and me working just patiently waiting for our time to come. Our 2nd anniversary is OCt 2nd and i know he wont be here by then. It's more than obvious to me now that nothing is wrong with our case its just being delayed. They never called us to ask us for more documents, more updates, more interviews, no field investigations, nothing. My senator tells me all that is a very good sign our case is solid. It's just the checks they have to complete.

I dont want to let you down as i always feel there is hope and something to look for and i know in my heart Allah would never put two ppl together like this without a plan for the future. my husband and i have never been happier and our marriage is strong and solid and i dont ever regret marrying this man as he holds the key to my heart and my soul and i hold his. Our day will come im sure of it.. altho I think we will be far behind you all when it does.
