Contact another congressman or a senator.. just move forward with that. I am facing my 2nd anniversary in just 3 months without my husband and its extremely depressing... we've been in AP for almost 13 months.... and if you see recently we've had 3 denials on our tracker one after the other.... there is so much inconsistency but nothing we can do... Im extremely disappointed in this process and feel it has failed us miserably ... when you do things the right way you expect a good outcome not this....

I had even started planning a trip for our 2nd anniversary to see him for a week (its all i could afford to do with time off) but then my daughter beceame so sick that she has to be watched for signs of stroke due to the tumor in her brain... they can't remove it so shes on 3 meds to stop the swelling in her brain and to stop th painful headaches.... i cant leave her and she cant fly due to the cabin pressure possibly bursting her tumor causing brain damage or death....as much as i need and want to see my husband and truly truly miss him like mad... what kind of mother would i be to leave my daughter who at any minute could worsen and need brain surgery ????

im very hurt but what i do know is my marriage is good im deeply in love with my husband and he is with me... we are married until the end and then forever after that...i stay strong because i know one day our struggle will be over...

Just keep the faith... its all we can do...

This is not going to stop you from being together... stay strong and have faith.. if your relationship is genuine Allah won't let you fail..it WILL be ok this is only an obstacle not a stopping point

As for the 3 denials in the last few days.. I wonder if you all had the very same CO??? IT's very very odd and strange as most of the time there is AP involved or something not a complete denial.. we haven't encountered so many denials within days of each other like this before...

Should compare notes together and see if its the same CO.. if it is.. if they aren't following protocol there could be issues on their side if a supervisor gets involved.

STAY STRONG AND STAY FOCUSED!!!!!!

Our relationship is genuine and Allah is the biggest witness of our wedding and i have proof of our marriage i can provide the list of all the guest which were there.i wish some miracle will happen now else wise i dont have any hope now

You are a very strong individual. I am sorry to hear about your daughter's health condition. I will pray for her. I just came back from Pakistan and was able to spend little over a month with my wife. I called the embassy every week to get an update. They kept saying that we have everything we need just need to wait until the process is over. But is is every hard that I am back in the states and my wife is still in Pakistan. It is very frustrating especially when it is out of our controll. All we can do is hang in there.

Our case is on the way back to NVC. From there it goes back to California Service Center. Congressman's office called me today and we talked in detail about the embassy response to her inquiry. Please note this same woman has helped us and been doing so from our REF we received. Wonderful woman! Am so thankful for her.

She told me all the steps we will go thru and she is going to be with us all the way through this appeal.

The black woman at the embassy taunted my husband so very badly ( She was Very angry ) Said a few bad things about me to him and asked him if he had sex with me. Asked if I was a Muslim. He replied Alhamdulillah she is. This response made her more angry. She said he was not supposed marry me that we should have filled for a K-1

She told him from the beginning that she was denial the visa. YET she continued to question him and taunt him. He thought she was joking and trying to upset him so he didn't defend himself.

She asked my name

Asked my kids names and ages

asked to see photos

would not look at any of the documents he brought with him.

Took his medical, passport photos and his passport. (they returned his passport only after taking a copy)Gave back ALL our documents that NVC sent them. Just held out the application we believe.

My prayers go out to you all....

In looking at the last three denials and listening to their stories it may be there is an issue with that particular CO that may need to be addressed. You all three should get together and discuss the similarities of your case to see if there was a procedure that was not followed.

I pray for all of you daily.. none of this is easy.. living apart from your husband or wife is the most lonely of all things and to be given AP or a denial is just heart wrenching. Allah knows our hearts he knows our struggles and he will not leave our side.. we have to lean on him and trust him that everything is as he wants it. I know my marriage has gained strength and love over the last two years.. I knew I loved my husband but on a daily basis it grows so much deeper. I pray one day our family will be complete and we can start our own family... we don't need a lot of money we dont need material things we just need eachother... we all do...

I know each of us faces a unique challenge some of us are similar in our stories and some of us are much different but the common bond we have is simply to live in one place and one home with our spouses. Love conquers all and we will all get thru this. Some of us sooner than others and some of us with more challenges and hurdles but we will get to our prize. I;m miserable and incomplete without my husband by my side... wish so badly to just open my eyes and see his face and teh depth of the dark eyes gazing back at me... just for a few moments i would love to hold his hand.

Inshallah... our struggles will be only memories soon... much love and prayers go out to you all!!!!
