Just keep us posted about your situation... i'm hoping that they are able to get your case to stay there at least for review. Did he tell you what questions they did ask him? I know they asked my husband just about everything and because we know eachother very well he wasn't hesitant at all about answering even down to my boss name....

just hang in there and stay strong...

After talking with my husband they don't believe we have a real marriage.

The person who called him up first told my husband she said you are today whole(hot)topic and asked why we send all those pages. She pulled our application from it and gave it all to my husband and told him to take it all home.

A black woman interviewed him and she appeared to be mad at my husband and taunted him through all 3 interviews. She told him straight out that she was going to denial our application.

2 women had been approved while he was there and 2 men both received blue letter of denial.

It was an emotional denial. That woman didn't want to believe us nor approve us. She was pist off already because of the 2000+ pages that I sent to prove our marriage. Had she really went through all those pages she would have found that we have a real time marriage and EVERYONE around us is involved with us and our process. Both our family living it daily with us...Everyone knew of it and supported us. My children, family and friends and his family and friends all wrote letters in detail. I went into detail not to leave any questions for whom ever was going to go through those documents. Made it easy to read and coded it all so that it was easy to find what they were looking for. Supplied ALL phone numbers, addresses of each person in both our families for them to contact. Went into detail.

First of all I am a Financial Controller at a local company and I am very detailed person and keep records of everything because it is my job. I also follow through into my personal life and run it like a business as well. I never would have thought being this organized would cause such a huge issue. In fact I will fight this with all my power and knowledge and have it over turned....I am that much pist off. Pardon my language please.

Its really sad that the woman behaved this way. Can you throw some light on your relationship with your husband. Is it your first marriage, do you belong to same race etc etc? What made them think that your marriage is a sham?

Just read the last 3 pages of this post, makes me very sad that we as a ethnicity are categorized in such a way that almost everyone gets So. It's no ones fault other then the ones before us that have escalated the situation to this, I hope the outlook of Pakistani people changes and we must be the first to start the change.

My fiance has not gotten to the interview stage yet but I sometimes feel paranoid reading of posts and stories like this. I just hope I don't have to go through this!

It sounds like it could be the same women that denied us. She was so full of anger. I am so sorry this has happened to you. Please keep us informed. I truly understand your pain. :(

What I have been told so far for my denial which is the same exact code is that if it is not overturned that my husband could be banned from entering for life.

People have told me that I should get a good lawyer and contact your Congressman.

They send the case back to the USCIS and I have heard that can take up to 7 months. Then you will have 30 days to appeal it and it will have the reason for the denial on it. If they accept that then, there will be another interview scheduled at the Embassy and be prepared to get another medical because it will be void by then.

It really sound like the same lady ( and I use that term loosely) that my husband had exactly one week before you. She told my Husband I don't care how many times you appeal it I will continue to give you a denial. She was standing on her toes yelling at him and pointing her finger and also refused to look at any proof of a realationship. I don't know how she gets away with treating people like this.

I will let you know how things go for me and share advise that I get with you.

Hang in there dear... do what Darnell suggested on the other thread... My husband had an interview for an hour long at the end of the day.. he was being told to bring up docs to teh window and have a seat then called back to retrieve them and at the end of the day eh went to the window to ask if evthing was ok and they tried to make it seem he was nervous and he told them well.. im the only one left in here ppl are cleaning up and locking up so yeah i thought you forgot me but im not nervous.. Idk each case is different each check is different each CO is different and no consistency whatsoever... but keep your chin up and get your senator involved forget the congressman!!! I have both helping me and the one that seems to work harder is the senators office. Praying for you and praying for a better outcome soon... CArolyn also had their case denied after two years of waiting and it was returned to USCIS and reaffirmed in record time and on it's way back to the embassy. It may take time but don't give up.. my husband and i both have agreed that no matter how long this takes we will keep our marriage strong and maybe we wont live here but somewhere else.. but we are in this marriage for life. STAY STRONG AND HAVE FAITH!!!!!!

When i also went for interview the black woman take my interview she had very hard and blank look and talk to me very rudely. My husband send our 200 mails i have the record all of them and she keep reading but she seeing all pictures and taking all the details she give all things back to me not only mine but those things which my husband also send them she bluntly give me back by saying that my husband is not a good man and they dont feel that this is real marriage.

at that moment i feel like i am dead no sound i can hear no movement around me i dont know how i walk to bus when i reach the stop i just want to sit on flour and cry loudly but nothing happen to me .

My husband yesterday contacted to attorney she ask him to send her detailed email up till now he told me no reply from her and one more thing i ask for translator as i dont want to take any risk but see i am standing here from where i start.

This is not going to stop you from being together... stay strong and have faith.. if your relationship is genuine Allah won't let you fail..it WILL be ok this is only an obstacle not a stopping point

As for the 3 denials in the last few days.. I wonder if you all had the very same CO??? IT's very very odd and strange as most of the time there is AP involved or something not a complete denial.. we haven't encountered so many denials within days of each other like this before...

Should compare notes together and see if its the same CO.. if it is.. if they aren't following protocol there could be issues on their side if a supervisor gets involved.

STAY STRONG AND STAY FOCUSED!!!!!!
