Thank you every one for the thoughts and prayers we are on watch mode for seizures right now but inshallah she will be fine we did get an appt for her with her regular dr to rule out allergies etc and then will move onto the neurosurgeon for an appt and an MRI to see what's going on the cyst takes up one third of her brain so if it's growing they will have to do something will keep you all up to date and thanks for the love and support

This section was started to try to understand why we all go thru such long AP in Islamabad... we are here to support and encourage.. celebrate the good hold eachother up with the frustrating... give help when something happens but most of all just be here to help those behind us as well...

It is what it is.... It's aP and the CO actually told me specifically they do these kinds of AP because of all the fraud and wrong doers that try to get visas with wrong intentions...

There will be good news soon for some of these individuals in the next few weeks and we want to celebrate with them and all of us will come out of it soon but only to be replaced by more ppl... but mostly if you look at the entire forum.. it's Islamabad going thru such long drawn out checks so that's why we are here... if you notice other sections, they don't understand the pain and the hurt from a year long AP... their AP usually ends within a couple of months.. that's painful enough

I don't stop looking because I dont want to stop encouraging those that are suffering... I suffer too and its terrible but if i can help just one person understand or find out who to contact to get answers or simply to just have faith that it will end... then I'll be here... even after ours is completed...

Ok my point was not to criticize the presence of this section. It is really helpful, especially this sub section because it brings together all the people who are going through similar issues during AP. Your posts and contribution here are very valuable and helpful. It has personally saved me lot of time doing research online so please don't get me wrong.

Interestingly, you mention that CO told you the reasons behind AP relating to fraud and wrong intentions. I was told different reasons by the CO and my attorney. Perhaps they have different reasons for different people.....who knows... Either way its good that all of us are sticking together during this and we can comfort each other during this stage. Your deeds won't go unrewarded......

Finally I am sorry to hear about your daughter. I hope that she gets well soon....inshallah

Finally my wife able to contact senator office they send her "Case Information and Privacy Act Release Form"

On page 2 thee are few questions wants to take advise what info we should provide them

I gave them an outline about us... when we married when we filed the i130 when it was approved etc.. a brief discription of our interview and then the phone interview with me and then the contact info i had gotten up to date...

Each senator/congressman is different. Mine wanted enough info so she could understand what was going on within our case and make adequate inquiries.. my congressman just asked me to sign a form ... no real background needed.

Its up to you how much you want to share with them. Sometimes the more info the better they can help..

Yes you're right.. it's different AP for many different reasons.. and who knows maybe my husband had a name hit that needs to be cleared but we have to stick together to help eachother and understand the process... at least try to...

and thank you for the wishes... we are actually having to go in an hour to do an emergency MRI... it doestn' look good... they think her cyst is growing and creating complications... I just pray if that's the case our AP can be finished and my husband can be by my side during her medical care...

here is the link for the embassy information. I never had any real success getting them to answer the phones or if they did they transferred me and it hung up on me. But you need to try

Also your US spouse needs to contact their congressman/senator for the area where they live. Have them email a form they can sign and send back by fax or scan and then they will be able to make the inquiries on your behalf.

After 3.5 years the DOS returned our case to the USCIS because it expired. It truly expired 3 years go because they are only valid for 4 months which is nonsense in the first place. From what I can read this is what happens when there is no real evidence to deny but no one really wants to say yes and grant the visa. Most likely I will have to start over. I did find reference to a Class Action Suit for just this kind of thing which I will be looking into.
