Congrats brother......

Just called me Department of Defense family affairs and they said my wife's visa was issued on 04 APRIL 2012 and She will have visa on hand on 05 APRIL 2012. I am still admitted to hospital due to my combat related injuries. We will make travel plans after my discharge.

Hi everyone,last week Dos told me to call next week,it was the first time she told me this thing. Today I call again to DOS and she said ur case is undergoing admin process and it's pending . I call to pak embassy today and the guy told me that it is under process,I've ask him is it in process or near to completion,then he said it's in final review,then I ask how much time it will take then he said wait sir no time limit we have ur contact number,when it complete we call u. Kindly give ur opinion and Eabbas is it also normal for everyone so I make my mind again that it's not end early.

Yes DOS will tell me every time to call back next week but if the embassy is saying final review then you have more hope than the rest of us that they are almost finished

All you can do is continue calling and waiting

yes Eabbas u are right when i call dos 2 days ago operator said u are under admin process and embassy working on ur case call us tomorrow after 8:30 am for latest updates.but now i dont wana call them again

I call islamabad girl pick the call after listening few words she put call again on recording and after that auto hungup.

I tried calling again and again but could not call

Please some one guide me how can i talk to them

0512082770,then press 9 then press 4 then press 0,wait then girl ask yes immigrant or non immigrant then she forward ur call if u have waiting with music then it's waiting, I had for 15 min at this time, then there is ringing then someone pick ur call or drop, my call drop at this point but I talk with the guy third time so try try and try

Hey Guys,

My wife's visa was approved recently at the Islamabad consulate, Thank God, Alhamdolillah.

Here's a little info. about what happened inside. This happened yesterday (April 6th, 2012). Hopefully it helps all you guys and gals in AP to possibly get a little better idea of what's going on. Please note that the below is ALL SPECULATION from what my wife heard inside the consulate and from talking to the people she went with. Please take this with a grain of sand and not carved in stone. It is just my wife's observation and nothing more.

There were a total of 8 interviewees (including my wife). 5 young females, 2 males and 1 middle-aged woman. Out of these:

4 females all got visa approvals without AP (including my wife).

1 female was refused a visa based on no-valid relationship. She told the CO that she's only had her Nikah and her Rukhsati is planned for after she gets visa approval. She was denied.

1 middle-aged woman was refused a visa. Apparently she overstayed her visit visa and they gave her a 10 year ban.

2 MALES.....both were put into AP.

Well. That's it. I sincerely pray to Allah from the bottom of my heart that all of you people in AP get your visa approvals as soon as possible. InshaAllah.

Congrats on your wife's visa approval. You are right about the Paki males being put into AP. My lawyer told me something similar about males from certain countries and age falling into mandatory AP. I think their system is designed that way. I am stuck in AP for the second time. Last time it took me 1 month before I got my visa.
