I just want to know in choice of agent form who appointed attorneys as their agents?


May b people who appoint attorneys as their agents may not suffer from long Aps

It does not make any different :) I know few people who have attorney and they are going through same process.

We have an attorney...the only thing they have helped us with is preparing the forms and letting us know what we needed to make the NVC step shorter. We are 10 months in AP and celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary this past Monday.

My catagory F2A child of LPR but problem is that i have only 10 months for GREEN CARD under CSPA..
