I would wait 2 weeks then email the embassy about your documents. You can also call the Dept of State and they will tell you if the documents were received.

no and i dont think to call DOS as they have same info as i see online.

If DOS says your case is back with the embassy all you can do is wait for them to update the status. I know it is hard to wait but the embassy is slow and many times they will not answer emails. I sent an email last week that they still have not answered.

Aisha i know its really hard when you are in AP and no clue what is going on in your case..never trust islamabad embassys website which states that cases in AP are resolved in 60-90 days it is totally wrong.

i am also in the same situation i have completed 13 months in AP at the end of interview CO told us that you will get your visa in 3 to 6 months but i have crossed the mark of one year and keep going and the last update when they worked on my case was march 27,so i am also in a real pain so please just pray from ALLAH ,me and my wife tried every where from senator to white house but no one is there to help,there is only one who can help us with his miracle is ALLAH so please keep praying and ask from ALLAH to help all of us who are in AP....

one interview denied case reaffirmed now waiting for new date of interview sorry i am frustrated and now in AP ,thank you but now a days i dont trust on miracles for let me know that i am living in fools paradise of 60 to 90 days.i am really grateful so i try to sit again quietly as i was since last year .But frustration make me to come back and ask same question again and again

the more you think the more you will frustrate your self , don't make your relationship depend on this AP there are 100s of applicants stuck in this AP process , some are from days , some are from months and some are from years , think positive , if u think positive you will feel strong , if u think negative , negative energy will destroy you and will make you think wrong and will make you do wrong things , in the end You cant' do anything in this AP process , Embassy has unlimited powers , they are not questioned by any one .

Again there are 100000 of applicants , i am also stuck in AP but i am cool , i have not depended my life on this Ap , my blood pressure is normal and i keep my self kool ... if you are persistent and consistent eventually God will help you , if not you will destroy your self ..

Aisha be cool ,There are people in visa journey who waited for years and years and in the end they got life time ban , always be thankful for what God has given you , if u are not going to thankful , God will snatch what he has given you . Don't say things which u will regret laters or might have no time for remorse .

Again be patient , and patience is virtue this is advice for every one , including me

My co-sponsor is having trouble getting an employment letter and 6 months worth of paystubs from his job. The payroll lady was on vacation for a week and now that

she's back she is taking her sweet time and saying she will get around to it.

In the meantime my husband is asking me everyday to send the co-sponsors affidavit of support and supporting documents so he can go to his interview. I feel very

pressured and am having trouble sleeping at night. I will be so happy when we get our visa and no longer have to deal with the embassy.

my friend got approved on 10-11-13 after 10 months of AP. Be hopeful guys even though on visa journey it might seem like long AP cases are not being approved its not true, We are just few of the cases embassy has there so many other people dealing with same issue who never post on visa journey. Eid Mubarak. 1 year and 15 days in AP.

embassy will open on friday or not??? my sis family and one bro got visa after 8 months AP. i am still in AP.
