I thought surely someone would get out of AP this week.. i didn't call friday but seeing as we don't have visa im sure we are still pending too ... just praying that we see something this week!!!! Stay strong stay faithful and stay in LOVE!!! It will end!!!

And thanks again for the prayers and good wishes for getting better... still not completely recovered yet but hopefully this next week ill feel 100% again.

I'm soo disapointed and depressed!!! I thought I would see anybody coming out of AP last week and this week and yet nothing... I just keep praying that we start seeing visa approvals soon... this is truly heartbreaking for us all and i wish to see the end to this black abyss soon for all of us..

Just keep strong and stay faithful... create a normal life out of your abnormal long distance relationship... soon we will see the results of our patience and strength!

Just wanted to bring our tracker to the front again so I won't lose it... lol

So sorry we haven't heard anybody getting visas after AP.. or that even your AP is complete. This is definitely not something for the weak... we are all strong, faithful and in love with our spouses and love the families calling you to them. It's about reuniting families, its about creating a life together forever. Most ppl struggle thru who will wake up first to make coffee their first year of marriage, we have struggled thru way more than that.. struggled thru distance, loneliness, the heartbreak of celebrating bdays and anniversaries and even births without our loved ones by our side. We have focused on the future, we have focused on the love that will endure and we will make it thru this. We will make it thru this with the support of eachother and the understanding of what AP means to each of us. Those that endure a month of AP and whine have no idea of what it means to really endure. Just remember, you are all strong, you all are very important to those calling you to them and AP WILL END! May Allah bless us this week, this month to endure the rest of this AP and bring us together soon so we can all have our HAPPY EVER AFTER!! INSHALLAH AMEEN!

1- DS 230 they may ask for this again after 1 year

2- Police certificate usually 6 months

3- medical expires after one year they will request new one if its expired or close to it when they issue visa

for females in AP..?? Females are getting more AP than they did before but it's still far less than the males

The embassy called my husband today and asked him to submit new medical and new police certificate ASAP. Last week they had asked for a written statement from my husband saying that he had never been arrested.

Is it a standard process for the embassy to ask for new medical and police certificate after six months of AP (10 months if we include the AR). Or they asked for it because they are getting ready to issue visa?

Any opinions?

Hi Emmy, hope u r feeling much better now!!! Your words are truly inspiring for many ppls on AP, we keep on calling once per week, and everytime getting the same answer, (YOUR PAPERS ARE UNDER REVIEW)dont knw how long they take to review papers, but anywayz like u said, AP will end one day,, INSHALLAH,,,Mohsin and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary on Feb 6th,,I got the cake and everything,, just that we had to cut it on skype,,, this was soo hard to do, but never the less we cant do better. But like I always say AP mayb able to bend us a bit,, but can never break us,, good luck to all on AP,, especially you Emmy Abbas,, I hope u hear something soon.
