Yes you are right, people are still waiting to get visas after sending fresh documents in early feb, march 2013. so cases are not any different. I sent mine in march too but still in AP. I have seen a few old cases that have been issued visas recently.

It's unfair that most beneficiary females are getting their visas faster...while the males are stuck in prolonged AP's for an unknown amount of time. Not to sound bitter and say that I'm unhappy for these people but its so frustrating. There needs to be a better system.
