another update on the 1/5 persons in our case. this time its happened just in a week's time

My wifes interview was on aug 20th 2013, and they put her on ap, since aug 30th her case has been updated 4 times.... I guess thats good... any activity while on ap is good

This contact them in 6 months is garbage in my opinion. There are folks on this forum who have waited much longer!! The US Department of State certainly needs to do something about the abusive use of Administrative Processing for Pakistani families. It is shocking that there is absolutely nothing we can do to get a expedited decision.

Hi Everyone! I'm still waiting to hear from the USCIS for my NOIR to see what is says. Our 3rd year anniversary is this month. I hope that we all hear something soon.

I noticed that I didn't see any info for August on the Tracker and I have been trying to keep a detailed one. It sure would help if everyone could keep their timelines up to date and fill out one if you haven't. Our case has been back in AP 14 months after winning our appeal when we got our NOIR. There was a lot of activity on our case at the beginning of the year then it

stopped after we sent new documents and a medical in April. So 4 months after sending new documents, medical and passport our case is still in AP.

Lately the embassy has been giving some men visas without AP. I am happy for them but it makes me feel bad for my husband and me that we have been waiting for so many years. I often wonder how those people working at the embassy in Pakistan can sleep at night knowing they are keeping families apart like this. I really

believe if my husband was from another country he would have been here along time ago.

I have a friend who's husband is not from Pakistan. They were denied their visa. Got a NOIR and won their appeal. Their case was sent back to their embassy. Within a month they were asked to submit fresh documents and a medical. A few weeks later he was given an interview date. It took almost a year for us to get a request

for fresh documents and a medical. I believe her husband will be here soon while we are still stuck in AP. It's not right the way Pakistani men are treated by the embassy.
