seems like hardly any visas for immigrants being issued. my wifes visa case IR1 is still pending AP. been in AP since feb last year, so more than 18 months now. and sent new documents in Feb this year. its been 6 months since that too. no news! I check cases around hers as well, and those that have been in AP are also still in AP, none has been issued in the last 6 odd months. hopeless and pathetic!

I agree it is pathetic that the embassy is not giving out visas. If they don't want to give out visas to Pakistani's they should close the embassy. That's my opinion.

today i went to AMX office to my friend,and he told me that daily regular basis immigartin visa are coming,he said even non immigration visa also coming daily,so we cant say that they are not issuing the visa,they are issuing visa daily but i think we people are very late about visa thats y we feel that embassy is not issuing visa

Hello,

We recently joined AP group as of August 23rd! I was wondering what are the signs i should be looking for on Ceac website?

How many times does the date change before visa is issued? Is it a good or bad sign if date changes frequently?

I think visa's never stop coming in at Amex. I've seen 2 people collecting visas within an hour during my visit. There was one B1/B2 who waited 14 months. He withdrew his PP in 4th for traveling then stopped inquiring as there was no progress. Embassy called him and requested that he submit his PP at Amex in 14th month. It's a long wait. But it is good most B1/B2's get 5 year multiple.

Our date changed 4 times, should i be worried?

Without you emailing them?

if so then Dont worry at all. it seems like they are about to issue it soon for you then.

my wifes interview was on july 12th 2013.

they kept her passport and gave her a 221ggreen sheet. how about you guys?

And our status on ceac still says reeady and it was only updated when i emailed them which was 4 times lol

No we have not contacted them. We are just waiting and checking the website every day.
