My case is in AP from last September, Embassy is asking for new Medical, DS-230 and Photos, As this is just a clerical requirement. I want to send them email, that i will provide these documents once the AP is over. what do you think, how this will effect the case...

Ayan, that's a bold move. Don't retaliate and give them a reason to not issue you a visa. It's unfair but do what they are asking even if it seems like a waste. Once the AP is over, they won't have have an excuse to not issue a visa. Just get it over with it.

It would be foolish not to send the documents the embassy is requesting. My husband was also asked to send fresh documents which we sent in April. What ever the

embassy asks you have to do it or you will never have any hope of getting your visa.

I don't see why it would be a bad idea to just ASK them. Asking never hurt anybody. Don't outright refuse to send it though. Just ask them if it is a possibility and act according to their response.
