I think it means that they will continue your case as normal. They did not say they were sending the case back to USCIS in the United States.

I am very excited today. The dates have changed for 3 days in a row on the ceac website. Someone is working on our case. I pray they finish our case and issue the visa soon.

yeah thats good news, with the help of ALLAH this coming eid will give us good news soon,

I called the DOS today to see what the situation was with my k1 since its been 6 months in AP. The lady was somewhat annoyed that the CO told us 2-3 wks, and said they need to not do that and actually give us a timeline that is actually real instead of just hanging us out to dry. I asked her then if my fiance should ask for his passport back as we were thinking about meeting up in a 3rd country and she said that she can't tell me all the details but if she was me she would not ask for her passport back yet as its right at the end.

Probably the most information I've gotten in all of my DOS calls. Hoping and Praying for some good news in the next few weeks.

Please continue to pray for us. I am leaving this week for a well deserved vacation with my husband. AFter almost two years of AP our case was sent back in March 2013 with not much information as to why. We hired an attorney. In april 2013 USCIS received the case , we filed FOIA to be able to find out why.

Two months later In June 2013 we were reaffirmed without NOIR and sent a hardcopy that the case was being returned thru NVC and onto consular post. (I was extremely surprised by this and already had about 10 lbs of evidence to back up anything they asked for) The FOIA came back with no real information as the reason why we were sent back.We only think it's the same suspicious reasons as most in our position, Im gori, he's desi, im older divorced so therefore it creates that sense of suspicion. However, we are very very real and unfortunately they are taking so much time that us having our own family is becoming harder with each year it takes.

Now we are waiting almost two months for NVC to log the case into the system to send it onto the embassy. Not sure how much longer our case will take but all I can say is my marriage is very very strong and our desire to keep it that way takes top priority.

Please pray for us we will be married 3 yrs in October and want nothing else than to be a family in one home

Hi EAbabas,

Sorry to hear that you are going to so much hard work and pain. that is insane but you are a strong girl and motivation for all of us. One day it will get through with a good reward. Nothing we can do about AP it is what it is and no one is there to help us exept ALLAH. But that is good that you are you going to see your husband, have a great time there , enjoy Eid and have a safe journey.

Your right it is so difficult but when your faced with such challenges it's when you hold on harder than before and brace for the storm together. Inshallah the struggles won't last forever and we will see the end to all this pain and suffering. Happy EID and thank you
