its thursday today and traditionally the embassy issues visas on tuesdays and thursdays. any update on anyone's case yet or no?

I never knew this! thanks for this information!

I have few questions.

I wanted to see if there is a common trend between those male who are in AP for long time.

Lets try to answer some personal questions to find more inside to the situation. .

Beneficary:

What your financial status in Pakistan?

Do you live in a city or small village?

What is your current education?

Have you travelled outside of country before?

Have you applied for US visa before?

Did you hold a good job at the time of interview?

Do you have family in US?

Any family attachment to poltical party in Pakistan?

How old were you during the time of interview?

Is your name similar to some known person or some one with criminal records?

Relationship.

How long have you known your spouse?

Was it arranged or love marriage?

Did you had big or small ceremony?

How long were your trips when you visited each other?

Are you related to each other?

Do you practice same religion as your spouse?

Is this your first marriage?

Do you have children?

What documents did you submit fo bona fide relationship?

Let see if we can figure some trend.

We are still under AP crying.gifcrying.gifcrying.gif

How long do we need to wait? Is there anyway for us to know what's going on with our case? CO didn't say anything bad at the interview :o What's taking so long

USCIS I-130 Petition for Spouse

September 2012: Filed from abroad to Chicago Lockbox

4 days later: NOA1, Routed to California Service Center

7 days later: Transferred because of new jurisdiction

5 days later: Case Status changed to: Under processing at USCIS office

NOA2 arrived 78 days after NOA1 :)

*I-130 Approval Notice hardcopy finally received in Pakistan, the only notice that arrived.

It could possibly take up to a year. IMHO I think there is some kind of luck involved.

USCIS-CSC I751

12/20/2012: USPS package mailed out

12/26/2012: NOA1

06/14/2013: RFE letter received

06/19/2013: RFE response mailed back out.

06/21/2013. Package Received.

Waiting once again.... What happens next?.?.?.?.?.?
