my interview was on march 10 . 2011 . asked me to submit joint sponsor and i am still in AP

Amandasaad... this is actually for ISlamabad since our AP goes on forever it seems and I wanted to get a new tracker for ISlamabad going so we can see the successes and be able to track it. I can still put your name in and do let us know when your out of AP.... good luck..

Thank You Eabbas . To all that are in AP i encourage you to make as much dua as u can , cuz when ur in AP Only Allah can help, i think its the most disturbing time of the process. Inshallah I pray everyone gets out of AP fast.

my interview was on oct 13 2011 under AP and told me your case will take 4-5 months; what the hell is this... my wife is in U.S i have legal right but for Pakistanis I think no law rules

Faisal, at least they told you 4-5 months... they told us 45 days but no time limit... Hopefully this tracker will show some end to this AP... but im sure there are others that have longer they just haven't joined the tracker yet. Don't worry it all comes in time

priority date is for those who are coming on a family based visa.. if your spouse is us citizen etc then you have a visa available immediately for those who are petitioning for family that are not us citizens there are only a certain number of visas available each year and once they hit that amount they have to wait until the next year or for their date to become current so while their interview may be fine and their visa approved they cant issue the visa until that year is current

this doesnt affect anybody married to a usc
