has anyone heard from SchipM8? his K1 visa expired and was sent back to USCIS many months ago. he will have to do a new visa now i think. if no one has contact with him and knows if he is doing new visa then i think this case should be off the AP tracker cuz he is not in AP anymore. :(:unsure:

Does anyone know if it is worth it to start a K-3 application for my wife. She had her interview on Oct 24, 2012 and was put on AP. Looking at some of the dates we are around the 4 month mark and it seems like it is taking longer and longer for people to get their visas. I am also planning a visit next month not sure if going there can help with anything... any ideas?

I think the K3 is supposed to be filed with the I-130, not sure you can file it now after the interview is already done. Visiting doesn't hurt and will make you both feel refreshed so go for it :thumbs:

sir i am still waiting for my visa here in pakistan nd will not go to usa without informing to all vj members, friends.

Good luck maabish, u see still few ppl status is not correct like shoboali got visa but standing in pending AP and few others which needs to be correct bro. So we all can predict better. my case status not changing after 20th Dec :( 6th month is going on, African American madam on window # 4 told, ur visa is approved and when i ask when i will get she thought and said: tell ur wife that you will be with her in march, lets see what happens! :) :) :) weather is tooo good by the way!

Don't worry we did not forget you. We will let you know when our cases are approved. My father's case is still pending AP. He just submitted new medical docs couple months ago after getting the request from Embassy.
