mere case pe kam karne wala to 20 dec se lambi chutti pe gya ha,,, aa ja bhaiii zindagi bohat choti ha.... jin kainterview mere sath hua un ko dekh k kuch hosla hota ha.. EAbbas aur Soccor bro ko dekh k to khauf aata ha :( Allah mehbani karna ham sab pe...Ameen....

In december 2010 priority dates retrogessed and wait priority date current again in

MARCH 2012 2nd

Medical submit :07 March 2012 Result :Administrative Processing

3rd Medical submit :28th Feb 2013 Result Administrative Processing

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

on 12th MAY Went for finger prints and oath :21th May Result :ApprovedVisa Issued :22.05.2014

 

visa Issued Today after 3 years 8 months and 13 days

Green Card fee paid : 05/06/2014

Poe :17/06/2014

Ssn Received :27-06-2014

Green Card Produced and Mailed :07/22/2014

Got 10 YEAR Green Card :25/07/2014

It looks like the last update is the last time the embassy worked on your case. So on 7 August someone worked on your case but it hasn't been worked on sense that date. That is my understanding and I could be wrong.

hii friends mine date is also updated at 17th january mean after one month last was updated at 17th december 2012, now is it good that date is changing?

The rapid updated dates are sound good. you people will get your visa soon, my dates were change very rapidly and by the grace of almighty ALLAH i got my visa on 8 January. so be passionate and believe in ALLAH, keep praying for yourself as well as for me

Mohsin Brother i am waiting from long time for visa because of retrogession...after 2 months of interview my case effected by retrogession.my priorty date become current again in April 1st 2012 and embassy ask for new medical and ds230 and after sending these i am still waiting....

i am confused if someone can help

my attorney said after i 601 approved we have to start the consular processing from nvc like we did after i 130 approved and he already start it

but i saw so many other people go through us embassy after i 130 approved i don know which one is rite
