Those of you that are seeing movement on your cases are blessed. The last time the embassy worked on my case was December 11,2012. I feel very discouraged for myself but happy for those who are about to get their visas.

Oh I am sorry, I did not want it to sound as a complaint. You are doing an amazing job already, with all other stuff going on in your life. It was just a suggestion!

No you didn't sound that way... it's just really a lot of work that's all... I'll keep trying to repost evthing ASAP when I see it. Hopefully the new members will copy and paste reposting their info ... that would help in a huge way..

who are you asking? Usually if you look below the individuals name you can see CR1/IR1 category or K1 etc... like ours is CR1/now IR1 due to being married over two years now and it's immigrant visa

Salamz , luckaly my wife was not put into AP consider us as being very fortunate. However i still come to this form to keep up with new joining members or the existing members keeping everyone in prayers that they recieve their visa, I dont comment much just scan to see the updates.

Just out of curiousity when do you call it quits or give up on the visa ? What would be the next step for yourselfs?

I plan to keep fighting for our visa. We have been trying to get it for 3 years and if it takes 3 more years then that's a small price to pay to live with my husband. I married him for life.

Keep your positive attitude and visit him as much as you can. It helps to stay focused through tiugh times

we all will get our visas in sha Allah but we have missed the precious time after marriage,the first two,three years are more important for a new couple but unfourtunately we have missed that time
