Interview : 09-09-2010 Result :Administrative Processing

In december 2010 priority dates retrogessed and wait priority date current again in

MARCH 2012 2nd

Medical submit :07 March 2012 Result :Administrative Processing

3rd Medical submit :28th Feb 2013 Result Administrative Processing

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

on 12th MAY Went for finger prints and oath :21th May Result :ApprovedVisa Issued :22.05.2014

 

visa Issued Today after 3 years 8 months and 13 days

Green Card fee paid : 05/06/2014

Poe :17/06/2014

Ssn Received :27-06-2014

Green Card Produced and Mailed :07/22/2014

Got 10 YEAR Green Card :25/07/2014

Dear friends by the grace of almighty ALLAH today my status is changed from Administrative processing to Issued, Yes i m approved, now waiting madly for passport. And ill never forget the blood sucking 68 days of AP and now i finally get it, best wishes for All, plz pray for me further

ill be in touch regularly....

EABASS brother,any vjs member approved after 8,9,10 months of ap with out requesting any further docment by embassy.actully i m ap from last 9 month ,nothing was requested from me by embassy in these 9 months i have lost my hope,

Thank you so much. he was in ap for all most 15month.

Congrats!! I guess after the interview if the USC spouse/petitioner visits the applicant it does help with AP as long as the Embassy is aware or you inform them of the petitioner's visit to Pakistan. This is just an analytical Guess!

I dont know whats wrong with my case when I check my case status online on this website https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

Its said your search didnt returnd any date whats that supposed to mean by this i just talk to DOS they said its happen some times

Maybe website or System Problem I just lose my hope for that :(

I am in AP FOR 13 month :( Nothing happen , Dear Allah Help us Please :(

My case updates only when i send inquiry and embassy reply to me. Otherwise there is no work is being done on my case.

atleast you get some response from the embassy,regarding my case i got only one response from the embassy apart from that they didnt replied a single mail.its been almost 3 and half months in AP,looks like they are not botherd about my case last case update is 17 december and m still stuck on that date...i dont know wat is there policy some cases are updated daily and some looks like one in a month....
