First please never put your case number into a public forum. Second since this is a new site for us to view our updates so it's very difficult to know exactly what everything means right now. Hopefully it simply means they are finished with the 03 case

Ironic how many people on this board have been married living continents apart in AP longer than many celebrity marriages, whom don’t have to deal with the biggest reasons for separation (money) and still can’t make things work.

The link you posted is about 601 waivers - for those immediate family members that have overstayed in the US prior to being petitioned by their family member.

Unfortunately, those here stuck in AP with only a 221g/mandatory AP are not addressed by this new rule.

It is great news for those family members that do need a 601 waiver but it isn't fixing the 221g/AP nightmare that many of you are currently living through...

This is sad but true... while they work to fix immigration issues in other areas they keep forgetting about those like us living far apart not needing waivers and doing things the right way and continuing to forget how we suffer the separation and distance

All we can do is wait and pray our time ends soon... it's almost 19 months for us with recent updates as of Nov and Dec but yet nothing to allow us to be together in real soon. I pray this 2013 will come with good news for those waiting for so long..

I appeared for interview on 12th August 2011 at ISB US Embassy, they put my case in AP and later on 22nd December, 2011 i got my passport back with the notice that my case has been sent back to USCIS for Revoking my visa, Later on 13th Jun, 2012 i got my Reaffirmation. on June 27th, 2012 i called ISB US Embassy they told me that my case is under AP, now i am still waiting an answer from them. but when ever i check my case status at https://ceac.state.gov i see the following message

Application ID or Case Number: XXXXXXXXXX

Case Creation Date: 24-Jul-2011

If you have submitted your online non-immigrant visa application (DS-160), it has not yet been processed into the visa system. At some locations, your application will remain in this status until you appear for an interview or until your application is ready for review. Please see the embassy or consulate's website for information on the next steps required for visa processing.

Seems like ISL didnt receive/ didnt entered the case in the system. Or could be qny technical glitch. Call DOS and speak to visa specialist.
