Ours says the same thing but shows our creation date at the time NVC created new case number and the update was just this past week.

Thankyou Very Much. What They Normaly Check in a NON Immigrant ( VISIT ) Visa Case? & what are the Chances.

I would think they check to see how strong your ties to your country are.... like family, job, property etc. Also whether or not your information matches who you say you are and whether you are at risk for staying in the US rather than returning to your country. We had a gentleman recently on our tracker that was in AP for a visit visa for almost 2 yrs and finally received the visa but i think that is somewhat out of the norm. I would think it would take about 6-9 months at most but thats only my opinion.

Hopefully it won't be too much longer ... i too wish this process was over... we've been in AP 18 months and just wanting nothing more than our lives in one home. all things as Allah has planned Ameen

Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days. Under the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, Immigrant Visas for "Diversity Visas" cannot be issued after September 30th of the year in which you were selected to apply for a Diversity Visa. For example, entrants into the Diversity Visa Program in Fall of 2011 were selected for Diversity Visa 2012 Program, and selectees MUST apply and receive their visa prior to September 30, 2012 otherwise they lose eligibility to receive a Diversity Immigrant Visa, regardless of additional administrative processing. In addition, please note that some immigrant visas may not be able to be issued if the annual numerical limit for that category has been reached.

This is what my case status says, although i havent provided them the documents yet but hopefully by the beginning of next year i will send them what CO need.

excuse me why i got multiple results when i check my case status and its is like

case number 03 application receipt pending

case number 04 administrative processing

and i submitted ds 230 part 1 and 2 than why he is asking for ds 260 whats that confusing

In december 2010 priority dates retrogessed and wait priority date current again in

MARCH 2012 2nd

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

on 12th MAY Went for finger prints and oath :21th May Result :ApprovedVisa Issued :22.05.2014
