The color is not anything standard from what I have noted. As for the refusal sheet you recueves it depends on the interview you experienced what the interviewersaid and requested additional documentation of. Was there any concerns that were raises? Why do you think they were brought up?

Sn530, the only thing at the interview the CO was weird about was that me and my wife didn't really spend time together after Nikkah as in she left soon after 5 days of our Nikkah. But now my wife is here for almost a month now after the rukhsati, hopefully they will not keep us waiting for long. At least we are together for now.

Belated Eid Mubarak to all!!

Sn530, the only thing at the interview the CO was weird about was that me and my wife didn't really spend time together after Nikkah as in she left soon after 5 days of our Nikkah. But now my wife is here for almost a month now after the rukhsati, hopefully they will not keep us waiting for long. At least we are together for now.

Just start gathering additional proof of having a relationship thing is if they have not asked for it yet they just might ask for continued relation proof. Best proof is pictures and group pictures with family that shows the acceptance and recognization of a relationship among two people. Further these relatives can attest to your factual relationship which is sometimes difficult to prove with various cultural and or traditional practices of families. I wish you the best of luck and a speedy AP.

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

Does anyone know how long the medical report is good for? I was told that it expires after 1 year. If that is the case do they require you to get an update medical report and pay the fee again? Also has anyone contacted the Inspector General's Office and filed a complained? If so what was the outcome and did it hinder your application process further?

I am sorry this has happened to you and it's even worse to get the bad news in an email. Again, I am so sorry.

The medical report is only good for a year. The embassy will contact you when they are ready for you to do another medical and yes you have to pay the fees again.

Arif Ali, I am so sorry to hear ,, I cant even imagine how you are feeling right now,, not to bash your ex fiancee, but if she really loved you she wouldnt have done that. My husband had his interview before you as a K1, and our K1 went bad, so we got married and now i file CR1, no amount of time would ever make me give up on him. Once again I am so sorry.

I am sorry to hear that. We have been in AP 16 month and then our case was returned. Some people just can't handle the uphill battle

and that is exactly what the CO wants to achieve...people dropping out this rat race. We are planning to move forward and try again.

If people walk out of your life then let them, perhaps they were just not meant to be in your destiny.

EAD/AP (renewal) approval Aug 22, 2016, NOA2 received Aug 25, 2016

Renewal EAD in production notification text and online, expedite successful 4 days after RFE request response was faxed, Aug25mailed,Aug29received.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Sorry to hear this, I hope she is not just breaking up with you because this process is long, but sorry for my words if im wrong but if it is the reason than i think you guys are just not meant to be.
