Called today and they said call back 3rd week of November because they will schedule interviews in the second week of November for the month of December.

Praying for everyone to finally be with their loved ones!!

My husband has been in AP again for almost 4 months. He is waiting on the embassy to call him for an interview after having our petition reaffirmed and sent back to the embassy. At first I was so happy when USCIS reaffirmed our petition but now I am sad again and worried. I thought we would have an interview then be placed in AP. I never thought our case would go straight back into AP. My congressman emailed the embassy and was told they are looking over the documents we sent with our Notice of Intent to Revoke(NOIR) and then they will call my husband for an interview. Islamabad embassy is not known for speed. There is no telling how long we will be in AP this time. The last time we spent 16 months in AP before they denied our visa.

I just wanted to share with you guys how unhappy I am right now. I know we are all in the same boat waiting to get out of AP. I pray AP ends soon for all of us.

Did you try a senator or congressmen?

Yes our congressman's office is helping us. The embassy emailed them and said when they get through processing our new documents they will schedule an interview.

Does that mean that they will make a decision after the interview or continue to keep you in AP? Btw did they give you reason why your on AP for this long without any end in site? What is that they are asking you prove? Because this is just ridiculous.

My fellow Vjers in AP, Please tell me, what is the difference between the Blue refusal sheet and Green refusal sheet?

I got a blue one and it mentioned additional administrative processing along with further evidence of marriage completion rituals and new qualified sponsor.

My fellow Vjers in AP, Please tell me, what is the difference between the Blue refusal sheet and Green refusal sheet?

I got a blue one and it mentioned additional administrative processing along with further evidence of marriage completion rituals and new qualified sponsor.

The color is not anything standard from what I have noted. As for the refusal sheet you recueves it depends on the interview you experienced what the interviewersaid and requested additional documentation of. Was there any concerns that were raises? Why do you think they were brought up?

In december 2010 priority dates retrogessed and wait priority date current again in

Medical submit :07 March 2012 Result :Administrative Processing

3rd Medical submit :28th Feb 2013 Result Administrative Processing

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

on 12th MAY Went for finger prints and oath :21th May Result :ApprovedVisa Issued :22.05.2014
