It will tell you everything you need to know. Read the guide and all the instructions for the forms you are filing, and after that, if you still have questions, people here are more than happy to help. Better to try to familiarize yourself with the process first, and then ask questions if something is still unclear.

The link Little_My gave you is just what you need.

In terms of the 864, you are the primary sponsor even if you don't work so you fill out an I-864. Your uncle - assuming he does not live in the same house as you - also fills out an I-864, and his wife - assuming she shares a residence with him - fills out an I-864A.

Rebutle: 2009 - 2010 and 2011. 3 years. Are you working or making any income. Can you show anything for 2012 with hopes and wishes. (This is down the Road) But you are asking immediate questions and TOTAL RELIANCE ON FAMILY... Is this your Aunts and Uncles Responsibility. NO..

You are asking questions but MY question would be to you is? 2008 to 2012 with no job and asking Sponsor questions and don't pay taxes anyway. Thats something /else and no comment.

You file the I-864 even if you made no money. Include tax returns or letters saying you didn't have to file for 2008, 2009, and 2010. 2011 taxes haven't been files yet.

Does your uncle live with you? If not, he also fills out an I-864 with the same evidence. If his wife lives with him she fills an I-864A if you want to include her income.

I would have answered your question had you actually written what the question was. I don't have the inclination today to go to the effort of downloading/viewing the latest forms when you were just looking at it and could have written it down. I'm not trying to be rude, but you'll get more assistance that way.
