What's CSC's reputation with k3 visas?

USCIS doesn't issue visas. For spouse, they process petitions. Don't waste your time filing any second petition. K3 hasn't saved any time since November 2006 and has been virtually unavailable since February 1, 2010. Click on the word GUIDES at the top of any page here and carefully study the CR1/IR1 guide for your next steps. Right now, you're in a black hole until the petition comes out the other side several months from now.

Wait I'm sorry -- the lockbox sent our i130 through CSC. What's the feedback on that??

There's so many terms in this process it gets confusing :[

It's in a four to six month black hole. Then you'll get busy with NVC. Start by clicking on the word GUIDES at the top of any page here and start studying the CR1 process.

You filed for a CR1 visa not a K3 visa. Unless you also filled out the I-129f.
