Hi Guys,

Just wanted to ask you guys when would I know to pay the visa fees? or where should I go to pay for it? NVC sent my case to the embassy, now I'm waiting to receive the package 3. Also for all 3 forms, d230, ds156, and ds 156k, does my fiance' has to sign all of them when we submit the package 3? thank in advance for your help.

Hi and COngratulations on getting to yhe next step. On the Aussie portal page there is info about the Sydney consulate. Have a good read through there, you will find many answers. Have you organised a police report? Have you organised or had your medical? Has your fiance got the I-134 and supporting docs ready?

Have a great time getting ready for the last stages before you enter.

Hi Chippy's girl,

thank you for the response, my fiance' has requested the police clearance and he has scheduled for his medical examination, but it will probably take about 2 weeks for it to be done so yeah, the reason i'm worried because my fiance' visa is going to expire end of February because he is on student visa and he is just finished with his education so i wanted to know what to do to prepare so our processes can go quicker and so he can have interview and have the visa before his visa is expired.

So where where is Aussie page is at? is it in the main forum? I'm busy with studying and school work so I'm kind of slacking off with the reading and searching around in the forum so if u can help me with the information then truly appreciated.
