After interview question?

Hello everyone. I wish everyone here wiil have some good news soon. I have some questions regarding about the process afeter ROC interview.

1. Do we usually get an approve letter on the spot after interview?

The reason I ask because we got the apporve letter after our interview. IO said she grant our case and the new GC will be mailed within 30 days.

2. How long it will take before I can get my new 10 year GC?

3. On the website still said "Initial review". Do we get the email alert before my GC arrive?

Thank you in advance for your all answers. I'd like to say your folk are very awesome. I've been here sine this Jan'11 when I submitted our I-751. We've got an interview letter in Nov'11 (10 months of waiting and stressful for me). I wish you all luck for everyone here.
