Hello again VJ members and hope your all doing well  Im almost done getting together the petition for Imad. Just a few finishing touches and it will be off, well, as soon as i get his papers also, lol but I was wondering, what is the best way to send it off to them, as in, should i get plastic sleaves to put the papers in and seperate everything?? In older posts i asked questions about front loading but i decided not to send any emails yet, so I dont have much to send. Just the usual, Pics, boarding passes, bank statments, itinerary, divorce papers and so on and so forth. Im wondering what is the best way to organize it. I dont want to send just a plump of papers. I even have a cover letter like they suggested on here. And for those of you that dont know me, Im sending the I-129F ( fiance visa) Thx for your answers in advance and good luck to all!! B-) B-) :D :D :D :D

In preparing your packet, please take note of the following:

-Do not use binders or folders that cannot be easily disassembled.

-Use ACCO fasteners to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions. Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is appreciated.

-The use of tabs assist in locating items listed as attachments. The tabs should be placed on the bottom and not the side for ease in filing.

-Avoid using heavy-duty staples; instead use ACCO fasteners or heavy clips.

-Avoid submitting originals unless specifically required. Avoid submitting oversized documentation when possible.

-If you are sending more than one case in an envelope, clearly separate the cases by rubber band or clip fasteners.

Right from USCIS for what they like to see.
