Number to call to get Visa picked up in Ottawa?

So my fiance's visa was approved and we were given a tracking number for the visa. It has been reported as "in-transit" for more than a week now and we wanted to call the depot where we pick it up to see if it has arrived. We live in Ottawa, but we are unsure what number to call. Can anyone help us out?

Which DHL location did you choose? Call them. I am from Ottawa and my pick up location was in Nepean.

how many phone numbers are options? i don't remember there being any other ottawa locations available except for the one in nepean (i would have picked something far closer to orleans if such were the case (?)). when i googled, i came up with 1-800-225-5345 as the number for DHL in nepean (on auriga drive)

That's the DHL where I picked up my Visa. not sure if there are any other options in Ottawa. I remember being irritated that Nepean was the closest!
