Hi Vj's

So nervous waiting for so long .

We are applied our K-1 Visa and received our Noa1 July 13 2011 ( Vermont Services )

Its already 5 months, but we still not get our Noa2.

Mark tried to call USCIS, they said they still processing for July 10 20111 application .

We saw so many couple was approved for their Noa2 already (who filled in July 2011 which is their dated is more than July 10 2011 )

It's make us thinking that maybe we will be reject by USCIS ? :(

We sent all documents completely.

Is there anyone who filled in July and still waiting for Noa2 ?

There are many more July filers waiting for their NOA-2's (and also a few June filers). Some people believe that USCIS processes the petitions in the order that they are received -don't you believe it. They just haven't gotten to yours yet (or mine).

You'll most likely get your NOA-2 after New Years when USCIS gets back to processing petitions full time again.

Hey, July filer here... still same feedback from USCIS so don't waste time calling...think we have to wait until early next year :(
