yep definitely... ive seen ppl here having a lawyer have more trouble and letting them go due to the difficulty they seem to have... ask lots of questions.... research this site for your answers and you should be fine...

Start with that and see how you feel after reading everything thoroughly. As questions come up come here to the boards and ask. Take your time and dont rush. If you can make it through this then the rest of the forms are much easier.

Most people here on VJ do it themselves. You just need to read all the instructions and guides and follow exactly what they say. Post on VJ and ask for advice if you get stuck on anything.

Yes. It is less complicated than a college application and even less complicated than the job applications for big box stores. The vast majority of K-1s do not use attorneys.

Download the forms, read the instructions. Anything there you cannot answer? It is a two page form asking personal information, an attorney cannot even fill it out unless you tell them everything.

I myself initially had no idea about filling or even knew there was such a thing called K1 but thanks to this site and additional researching I was able to submit our petition. since you got the I-129F form from USCIS.gov.. make sure you follow the instructions from USCIS as well.. VJ is not USCIS, but rather a confirmation (answered questions) page after doing and providing document as instructed by USCIS.. gdluck
