Why a fiance letter of Intent necessary when the whole point pf the i-129f is that you will marry your fiance within 90 days of entry to the country. Doesn't this bring suspicion for INS??

It is part of the instructions. If you have a problem with that, then you don't know what you are doing.

It's in the instructions for the 1-129f on the USCIS website.

When you have signed a letter stating that you have EVERY intention of marrying within 90 days you can't turn around later and say "Oh, did I have to get MARRIED within 90 days..." OK? It's just to make sure you understand the rules.

They want a written statement testifying to your and your fiancees intent. You need the letter, and both of you need to do one and sign them. Your petition will not be approved without it.

VJ has a great sample letter, change the names and date, print, sign. Done. Next?

I don't have any problem with that i just want to make sure it is not going to hurt my application.

It will hurt your petition if you do not. You are doing a petition, NOT an application. Your fiancee will do an application later IF your petition is approved. It will not be approved without the letters.

You really need to read the guides again because I am at a loss to explain WHY you would think doing something the instructions TELL you to do would hurt your petition?

Consider carefully reading the instructions for completion of Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancee.

It's their ballgame, they set the rules. If you don't like the rules, you don't have to play their game.

It is required. Not including it will hurt your application. Including it will help. :)
