Interview Request Forms(packet 3)

Hello,

I faxed and sent the forms to request interview for K3/K4 (packet 3) to the US Embassy in Bogota. I noticed that the DS-230 states I must send separate DS-230 forms for both my wife and step-daughter who will be accompanying her. However, I mistakenly only sent one DS-230 for my wife when requesting the interview. Its been a couple weeks and we have not recieved Packet 4 from the US Embassy in Bogota. Could this cuase a problem? Any comments would be appreciated.
