1) Can we file for social security and AOS at the same time? while we submit the SSN forms in person and post the AOS forms?

2)to which address will we send the AOS forms and how much do we have to pay

3) are these the only forms we need to file for the AOS? FORMS( G325a, I864,I485 & I 765?)

1, yes you can

2, look at the instructions its all listed very clearly the cost and the address to mail it to. Missing this may mean you missed more.

3, and the 131 if you think of traveling or have an emergency and need to leave before you have the green card.

4, no fee for the SScard, you fill the forms out and sit around until they say you will get it in the mail in a few weeks.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Hi, i made to to USA and we'll be getting married at the court next week. we want to proceed with the AOS right after we get our marriage certificate. so i need some help with the social security and AOS.

1) Can we file for social security and AOS at the same time? while we submit the SSN forms in person and post the AOS forms? Yes you can. We filed for SS card right away before marriage and AOS. In MD we needed the SS number to apply for marriage certificate. You will have to check with your state to see if you need to do the same. If not I would wait until after marriage so you can apply for your ss card with the new married name.

2)to which address will we send the AOS forms and how much do we have to pay- Address is listed in the instructions based on where you live. Address where you send your application is based on your current location. When we file back in May 2011 it was 1070.00. Check the form instruction for most recent fee. May be the same.

3) are these the only forms we need to file for the AOS? FORMS( G325a, I864,I485 & I 765?) Yes. We filed them all. It dont cost anything extra so I suggest you do. Never know if you will have to travel before your greencard is approved.

4) do we pay any fee to get the social security card? Social Security Card is free.

thanks 4 ur help.

Yes as long as there's a bunch of days remaining on the I-94. If it's close to expiring, they won't issue one and you'll have to wait for the GC.

2)to which address will we send the AOS forms and how much do we have to pay

To the address listed on the instructions for the 485 form.

3) are these the only forms we need to file for the AOS? FORMS( G325a, I864,I485 & I 765?)

What about the AP? Or EAD?, not sure which one the 765 is for.

4) do we pay any fee to get the social security card?

No

thanks 4 ur help.
